Inspired by the children’s book by Annie M. G. Schmidt, Petteflet, the project is a place to live while discover, play, do sport and socialize. Future residents and families are at the center of the Petteflet vision.
The quality of life is largely determined by the possibilities of making our own choices. In the Petteflet this is easier thank to the flexible arrangement of the accommodation, but also through self-management in the use of common areas. Management requires responsibility.
